We integrated several plant and protein databases into a Semantic Web compliant repository so that users can access (download) the integrated data manually and computationally with several standardised formats including RDF, OWL, OBO, and a tab-delimited text format.
How to download several format data:
Go to an integrated database and click the "Download" link at the left-top of the page.
Then you can see several format of the data.
